I’ve been designing creative and inspirational landscapes for over 8 years and have been in the landscape industry a total of 15 years, bringing years of experience to every project. As a professional landscape designer, I originally started my career as a tree and plant consultant, but there was a void in what I was doing. That void was filled when I started designing landscapes, for me it’s the best of both worlds. I get to deal and consult my clients with plants and create a full and comprehensive garden design for my clients.
In working with my clients, there are 2 main “x” factors that I find very important in establishing a positive experience for my clients as well as Diamond Cut Landscape. The #1 “x” factor is communication, communication is more than answering the phone. It’s a process from beginning to end, that educates my clients, informs my clients throughout the entire process of the project. This keeps homeowners from being in mystery or in the dark on important matters and enlightens them on the road ahead. I always like to say “if there is a surprise in working with me, it’s going to be a pleasant one”. Lastly, the second “x” factor is the simple art of “listening”. Everyone of my clients is different, their goals, objectives, maintenance concerns , time they will be living at their current home etc. Hardscape is not a “one size fits all”, so my goal is to incorporate walkways into the front yard design and make sure the new look fits my clients lifestyle as well as add some creativity and expression to the new look with professionalism.
