These Terms apply to your use of the Site only. Any actual landscape design, installation, or maintenance services we provide are governed by a separate written project agreement signed between you and Diamond Cut Landscape. Nothing on this Site constitutes a binding offer to provide services.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:
- Use the Site in any way that violates applicable federal, state, or local law or regulation.
- Interfere with the operation of the Site, its security measures, or any third-party service it relies on.

- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through our contact or quote forms.

You may view and print pages from the Site for personal, non-commercial use. Any other use requires our written permission.

Manufacturer names and logos shown on the Site (such as Belgard, Unilock, Techo-Bloc, ICPI, NALP, and others) are the property of their respective owners and are displayed for informational purposes only. Reference to a manufacturer does not imply endorsement of Diamond Cut Landscape by that manufacturer beyond any contractor authorization actually held.
Lead Form Submissions
When you submit our contact or quote form, you are requesting that we contact you about a possible project. We will respond as quickly as we reasonably can, but submission does not create a contract, quote, or binding offer. Quotes and project agreements are issued separately in writing after we have evaluated the work.
Disclaimers
The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that:
